Used these guys a while back, they tried to increase the quote the day after the amount was agreed despite no changes to the requirements. I tried to cancel but was told the removal guys were already booked so couldn’t cancel despite the increased quote. This all turned out to be fictitious because the removal guys didn’t even turn up. Was told I’d only offered a refund if I agreed to sign a contact stipulating I wouldn’t write any negative reviews about my experience. I refused these terms and after threatening legal action (such terms have been deemed illegal by precedence in UK courts) I was given a full refund. Avoid this awful company, there are so many more out there that do great job.

I was let down 24hrs before my removal and this guy stepped in at short notice. He moved me across the water to Ireland. Very efficient and very pleasant guy to deal with.
