Sadly we recently had to arrange a house clearance due to losing our mother who had lived there for 62 years. Frazer came to the property to quote and he put our minds at rest immediately, as nothing was too much trouble. We were quoted an all in one price which included all white goods as well as furniture and some personal belongings, which were to be sorted and distributed to a charity shop, recycling, etc. This also included garden items i.e. ornaments, pots, garden shed clearance, which other companies either did not do or it was at an additional charge. We also had a list if items which needed to left for the new buyers, where Frazer checked and confirmed with us before and after the clearance, which was very reassuring. Busy Chaps attended the property a second time FOC, after we were advised to check over the property to ensure we were happy with the service, and they very kindly removed a few more items of which they had kindly left as thought these could possibly be of sentimental value to the family, this was so considerate. From the begining of the removal process to the end, nothing was too much trouble. Frazer was always supportive and positive in getting things done - even for very heavy items. The team were superb - friendly, helpful and prepeared to go above and beyond. Definitely highly recommend this professional and reliable company for all your removal needs.

Being dumped by British Heart Foundation at the last minute for a collection, we have to contact Busychaps for a removal of a washing machine, and they immediately offered me a slot on the day. The removal chaps are so lovely, and SO hard-working! We should have gone to Busychaps in the first place, and look nowhere else! Thank you so much for today!!! Best wishes to the team.
