This weekend, Sam and Rich helped us move house. They were absolutely wonderful and we could not have asked of any more from them. They worked fast but took care of our belongings and are incredibly strong! They helped us dismantle and remantle (is that a word?) our furniture and nothing was too much trouble. We were prepared for the moving day to be stressful, but they made it easier and exciting, it was a happy day in our lives. We had some interesting and funny conversations along the way too. Two genuinely lovely people, so much so that I was sad when everything had been unpacked and they had to go! Thank you Sam and Rich!

Fantastic service. 2 big young guys arrived bang on time. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Did a brilliantly careful job in super quick time. Even plumbed in my washing machine!!!!. I highly recommend Busy Chaps.

I really impressed the service. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, whuch made moving become easy and less stressfull. The vehicle was really spacious and all the furniture's handled by care as well as secured well through out the transport.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. I can't believe how hard they worked in punishing heat, and remained in such good spirits, genuinely putting us first at every step. I cannot recommend Busy Chaps highly enough.

I cannot recommend Busy Chaps Removals (Exeter) highly enough! From the very first phone call to the final box being unloaded, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Moving can be a stressful experience, but this team turned it into a smooth, even enjoyable, journey for moving my Mum (aged 78).
The booking process was simple and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises and their quote was accurate. The team arrived right on time on moving day, the guys were very friendly, approachable, fully equipped, put mats down so not to damage the carpet and they were in and out within an hour & half. They had to move quite a bit of furniture and take a complex wardrobe apart. They were courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced. What impressed me most was how carefully they handled my mums belongings—everything was loaded in the van with precision and care.
They were great at communication as well and arrived on time when they said they would.
Customer service was also top-notch throughtout including the quote and invoice experience from the office team, It’s rare to find such a combination of efficiency, friendliness, and genuine care.As my mums purchase is delayed, they have stored the furniture for my mum as well. Can't really fault them and will definitely be using them myself when i move and recommending to friends and family.

The move was great, but even better was the after care when one of our up-and-down desk's didn't work properly after the move, and Frazer and Heather were fantastic at ensuring it eventually got fixed and they got it working again. Most impressed and very happy to recommend them to anyone.
