The actual movers — the men and women who came on the day — were superb. Professional, hardworking, and a credit to the company. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the people running it.
[Name removed by Sirelo] was, frankly, unprofessional and miserable throughout. He seemed to particularly enjoy arguing with women half his size — not exactly a good look for someone in customer service. [Name removed by Sirelo], on the other hand, made a grand appearance to provide the quote and then pulled a full disappearing act. No replies to emails, no response on his mobile — just radio silence.
Of course, before we paid the £2,400, they were extremely communicative and helpful. After the payment cleared? Not a peep.
We had a few items damaged, including snapped plants and a £2,000 sofa that deserved better protection. And now we’re stuck arguing over a couple of my wife’s missing dresses — one of which was from Primarni, no less. The fact they’re disputing that tells you all you need to know.
In summary: brilliant staff on the ground, but let down by dismal management, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability. Disappointing.Read more
