Alan and his team arrived right on time and were very professional and courteous. They loaded up quickly. At the new address, unloaded quickly while putting items and furniture all in the correct rooms as labeled or as required. Alan and his team made a long hard day, fun and enjoyable. We would like to thank Alan and all of his team for helping us and wish each one of them the best for their futures.

Alan and team did an amazing job moving my in laws. From start to end the process was very smooth.
They safely packed everything up the day before the move and ensured everything was put in the right places at the other end.

Don’t Believe the 5-Star Reviews!
I’ve never given less than a 5-star review before and don’t take any pleasure in leaving negative feedback, but I feel compelled to share our experience due to reviews heavily influencing us choosing this service.
I’m shocked at how highly rated these movers are. Either they had an awful day during our move, or the reviews aren’t entirely genuine.
We chose them for their strong ratings and local presence, despite being £100 more expensive than multiple other quotes. Unfortunately, they were unreliable with timing, changing the start time multiple times and arriving at our destination 20 minutes after us, even though they left 10 minutes earlier.
They were also reluctant to move most of our furniture downstairs. While our stairs are narrow, that is common in our area due to the age of the houses. This is exactly why we hired professionals instead of moving ourselves.
When loading our storage unit, they showed no care or organisation, tossing our neatly stacked bags to the back and placing heavy furniture on top. The result was a chaotic, overstuffed space that left us spending seven additional man-hours reorganising. Once we were done, we had ample room and a properly arranged unit, proving that, despite being amateurs, we did a better job.
Overall we were really disappointed by this experience, it didn’t have the desired effect of making our move less stressful. I’m sure in the right circumstances these movers are great, but don’t expect a 5 star service.Read more

Good communication through out the whole process of quotation, meet up and the moving day.The team of three were very friendly, efficient and courteous during the move. The move was difficult due to the location and other packing issues but Alan and the team exceeded my expectations. Would use them again.

I cannot fault Alan and his team. He managed a move with some large heavy pieces of furniture to a very rural location in mid Wales at relatively short notice. Excellent communication throughout. His entire team were cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Alan quoted us after we were messed about with moving dates and was flexible with dates and the packing prior to moving. On the moving day, his team were prompt and did a great job moving us on one of the hottest days of the year.
They were polite, friendly and got us in to our new house without a hitch.
