the owner is very kind and professional but the employees they sent to collect our stuff where the laziest movers I have ever met. My 80 yesr old father visiting had to help loading the van because they were tired they said ( they had done another job before) and I had to call a friend to unload. They only wanted to bring half of the stuff although the van was empty and there was lots of space available. I they were pretending their boss had told them they only had to load the equivalent of a car load ( why would I want to hire people with a van if I only had to move a car load?!? They even managed to loose stuff that probably stayed in the van and they did not care about returning it although I live round the corner. Probably to much work for them. Unbelievable experience.

I would like to thank the guys at Friends for assisting us in our house move last week. They were so kind, patient and adaptable and exactly the friendly faces we needed to see when faced with the stress of moving house. Emily and her father went out of their way to make the whole process as smooth as possible. All this whilst following Covid safety protocol. Choose Friends you will not regret it!

The wonderful family run J&H Friend moved all my house items from London and in to their storage facility. The quality of the packing and the care taken of my items when moved was exemplary.
During the 3 months my items were in storage Graham and all his employees were so helpful at all times. They always did the best to help me in any way. It was wonderful to be with a family business that really cares for its customers. I can thoroughly recommend J & H Friend for professional removals and quality, well run storage units.

First class service throughout. They coped with a couple of changes of plan on our part and we’re friendly and efficient. A large sofa was dismantled and reconstructed with aplomb - we weren’t sure it was possible to move. The cardboard boxes were collected promptly for recycling. We would recommend them strongly to anyone about to move or store items.
