Excellent service. Arrived at time agreed. Explained the process in detail and were very quickly loading the vehicles. Nothing appeared to be to much trouble. They went over and beyond and were very careful to ensure no damage was caused. Would recommend them.

The whole removals experience was excellent, beginning with Mariola in the office through to Kristof and his team. Our furniture was handled with care throughout. It was a very friendly professional service. Overall a first class customer experience. Highly recommended.

When we have moved in the past we just hired a Luton van , did numerous trips and eventually moved in but we are older now and we’ve just accumulated too much stuff! We asked kristof for a quote and he was very professional, he took note of everything to be moved even down to plant pots! We accepted our quote and when the date came to move he already had a booking but juggled things around to accommodate us , the guys turned up with a huge lorry and a van and started loading up , even dismantling the beds and putting the mattresses in protective jackets, within 4 hours the whole house and garage contents were loaded and ready to go , it would have taken us 2 days! They reassembled the beds and the dining table this end and gradually and very carefully our new house was full of our belongings again , they could not have been more careful and were all very hardworking & polite , don’t fall into the trap of thinking you can move yourself, save all the hassle & stress and give Kristof a ring , the service is absolutely first class .Read more

Kristoff are a removals company with an excellent reputation – completely deserved. Moving is always stressful, but all went smoothly and without incident. Nothing was too much trouble. Great company, reasonable prices, quick and efficient. What’s not to like?

Kristof and his team fulfil my needs in the highest of professional standards, they arrived on time, they were extremely polite and aware of their surroundings trying not to make disruptions to others working around them. They came in checked out my office space, assessed their needs, dismantled and boxed everything and moved the items from 2 floors up without any fuss, and delivered said items to my new premises.
Upon arrival, again they were courteous to those around them, and very mindful on others within the office building i was moving too.
They were extremely professional, extremely polite and extremely very good at their job... I would recommend this company for moving you at a heart beat, they are really good and really easy to deal with, great communication throughout and no problem too big or small...

Excellent…arrived on time, a few minutes before expected but not too early. Worked quickly and efficiently. No damage. No slacking. There was a delay in money moving via solicitors and a bit of waiting around but this didn’t faze them. Kristof and Dawid (I hope that’s how the guys spell their names) worked well together and did not mind us leaving the heavy boxes to them and they had an ingenious way of lifting the wardrobe with straps which meant it didn’t catch any walls or the floor on its way out despite a very tight turn out of the bedroom. Overall incredible happy with their excellent service. Easy to book and communication excellent all the way through the process. Definitely recommend them.
