Do not hesitate to use this company for your move. I had two guys turn up with my belongings and they were professional friendly and treated my belongings with respect. They kept me up to date on times of arrival etc. one of the best. Well done guys and I do hope your company are aware of the excellent work you do.

Absolutely appalling service and total lack of communication. I spent a considerable time sending emails with full information about the location including detail on access, photos of street signs etc. It turned out none of this was received by the team on the ground. I was not notified until 1030pm the night before what time they would arrive and then learned they had a huge articulated lorry and that the 'transshipment' vehicle was also too big to access the street where I live. When they finally came much of my furniture had been damaged with scratches, broken wheels, pictures smashed and crockery broken. They left early as they needed to be in Malaga and did not even place items upstairs causing me considerable problems and additional expense as I had to pay local people to come and help me. There were also some boxes missing. I received no apology or followup. Absolutely do not recommend do not use under any circumstances.

Improvement in information regarding packing date and arrival date was not as forthcoming as wanted, however the general service was great with all English speaking staff
Great packing service
Delivery once we found out was prompt
Should have had more input in contents of boxes as difficult to know what’s in each
Now realised we should of had more of a clear out

They lost 1/4 of my boxes. No response from them via email or call for over a month after this. The box contained designer goods worth over £5000, the only to contain such items. They offered £40 compensation. Theft suspected. Terrible service 0/10.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your goods.
Firstly, you can never get hold of the manager and they never return your calls. We moved from Sheffield . It cost us £2400.00 . We had a small 2 bed cottage .
A Sheffield company ( not St Georges) came to collect our goods . With Brexit , I had already asked how we should pack our items. I was told to number each box and seal them. No mention of any wrapping service . They also failed to mention the £2400 did not include insurance .
It was all laden in a 7.5 tonne truck and was at least 3/4 full when they left . TWO WEEKS later, it arrived in Spain . It was all crammed into a little transit type box van . The first thing one of the staff said was , he had to apologise for breaking a chair leg off our 4 chair dining room set . The settees were laid face down on the van floor with no sheets / rugs and were dirty . Upon examination of our goods . Glass items were smashed , lots of items, beds , sideboards shelves were damaged with chips in some sort of way .
I made contact with them , almost immediately, to be informed we were not insured, as we had “ not taken any out”. Also, they didn’t wrap them !!
In total , we were offered £140 from the insurance company and £100 from St Georges. We cannot use our dining room suite as there are only 3 chairs . We have to replace other, damaged, broken, items . I did ask for a call back from [name removed by Sirelo], the manager , but never received one !!!
