IF I Could give them 0 stars I would. Please Avoid this company. The most useless ydoor to door I've ever used. They stole my valuable items and damaged almost everything else and they are rather blaming me for it. Unprofessional receptionist. Can't even speak to a manager to help solve this problem.

The service I have receive from Samamiah shipping is deplorable, my items arrived in the Accra and was cleared three weeks ago, can you believe that the office here in Accra have no business sense, they answer the phones like they are at home, you have to asked the name of the company before you know its Samamiah you are speaking to. When you call them and they don't want to speak to you, they just cut the call, I had to continue call fifty times before someone came to the phone to speak with me. I still have no answers to when my Items are going to be delivered, theres no urgency about this operation here, so I called the UK office only to face the same issues with them, they also kept putting the phone down on me. No one is able to tell me when I can collet my parcels right now although I have paid through the nose for this service. I cannot recommend anyone to use this service because you will frustrated and wish you had not sent your things through this provider.
Not helpful, they rather frustrate you with silly responses

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Avoid this shippers if you don’t want to throw away your money. They will turn around and accuse you of being at fault for damaging your own item. They damaged my TV in transit to Ghana. It was inspected by them and deemed fine upon collection. However, when it arrived in Ghana my TV was damaged. They made up a story that the manufacturer (Toshiba), had placed the TV stand in front of the screen and therefore Toshiba is to be blamed for the damage. Have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life.

It doesn’t take too long and it arrives everything intact. The people in Ghana are all polite. They have an excellent customer service experience.

Time of packing up goods is very bad. They can waste your whole day and off late that they can’t come
