4 pictures of great family importance went missing in storage with no apology or explanation.when I complained Jay put the phone down on me,at no time was I rude to him.
The British association of removers and Removal ombudsman statedthat I should have been given a contract and that he is not licensed with them as stated.
I thought what a nice man until this happened.
My advice find a licensed company and insist on a written contract.
