I cannot praise Tremewan Removals enough. Pete and Stuart turned up on time, were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. How they managed to move my entire house contents, including huge plant pots and right down to the smallest objects, and then transfer everything to my new house within four hours I will never know. They even connected the washing machine. Matt, the assessor, was always available and the quote was very reasonable. Well worth five stars.

Simply wow! From the point of contact to delivery of our worldly goods the customer service, attention to detail and care of our possessions from this outstanding family run business is without doubt the best we have ever seen or experienced. From the initial call to Mat to discuss a quotation where we were moving from Hertfordshire to Cornwall he provided a quote within the hour. We were not able to confirm the booking immediately as our buyers solicitors were working at a snails pace so we were only able to exchange on the Wednesday and the team were arriving the following day to load for a completion on the Friday (the team arrived on Thursday afternoon, spent 3.5 hrs loading, slept in lorry cab overnight and completed the load on Friday morning). The lovely lads, Peter and Stuart arrived well dressed, polite and very courteous and were keen to get on even though they had just driven for over 7hrs! The lads assessed the house and its contents and begun the load! Just to add, they were great with our three sausage dogs. They finished up, went for some dinner and slept in the lorry cab overnight outside the house - I provided a key for the house so they had access to our downstairs cloakroom overnight. They were up bright and early on the Friday and begun loading. They were all done by 10am so got on their way to Cornwall. Mat arranged for he and my lads Peter & Stuart to arrive on Monday morning for the unload into our new home - they arrived at 10am and were all finished and on their way by 12.25pm. If you are researching a removals company for your big move whether a long or short distance, look no further, I cannot recommend Tremewan Removals enough for their personal touch, five star customer service and care for our possessions. Nothing was too much trouble for this team who go above and beyond to make a very stressful time in one’s life so very easy. So impressed with this company. The whole process was great. Matthew came out promptly, gave an estimate and provisionally booked us. The date got changed but this was no bother.
On the day the team arrived on time and were professional, efficient and careful throughout. There was a delay in getting into the house and the team all kept good humour and worked until it was finished, at the end asking us if we wanted anything moving to a different place. Would definitely use Tremewan Removals again, highly recommend.

Matt and his team are by far the best removal company we have ever worked with. From the first phone call through to the final moving day, we were incredibly impressed by their professionalism, 'can-do' attitude and service with a smile.
No request is too small for this very personalised company. For instance, once we completed the 'big move' from Plymouth, Matt even arranged long distance removal for subsequent items purchased on eBay!

After my initial enquiry, Matthew arranged to visit me promptly, made useful comments regarding packing and immediately sent a quotation. From the moving of the contents into storage for a few months, to transporting everything 300 miles, it was handled very efficiently and at the time agreed. The four staff who moved everything were very polite, careful and a pleasure to have in your home. They quietly got on with the work and nothing was too much trouble. In spite of having to move everything into storage and then again into the new property there was no damage to the furniture or boxed delicate items. I can strongly recommend Tremewans and congratulate Matthew on being so organised and efficient.
