Midlands removal have been great! We would highly recommend them. The communication has been brilliant- Sam has been really helpful!

Sam’s communication was excellent from our first enquiry and we received professional service throughout.
Adi managed the whole move really well, packing our furniture and belongings very carefully. The guys got us moved really efficiently on the day!

From the very first phone call with Sam I was impressed by his reassuring and straight talking manner. Moving, as we all know, is incredibly stressful but this side of it all was made remarkably stress free. Sam and his team (Harvey and Michael) worked incredibly hard over our 2 day move just before Christmas 2022. They treated our furniture and old home and new home with care and respect - nothing was damaged or broken, as you would rightly expect from a good company. However, what sets this company apart is the attitude of the guys. So professional, so trustworthy, so reliable, so careful, so hardworking. Sam's enthusiasm for getting it right for his customers is commendable - he spent hours on the phone with me (sorry Sam! You were amazing, never lost patience) reassuring, advising, being flexible with the inevitable hold-ups.....always realistic, only making promises he knew he could keep. My husband is a real worrier ( I had mostly dealt with Sam) and his anxieties pretty much disappeared the moment he met Sam, Harvey and Michael! Sam has such a calm, can-do manner.

Sam is well organised and professional. He and his team are reliable and hard working. They arrived on time and packed everything with great care. Our belongings were stored for two months and delivered safely to us in good order. We can highly recommend them to deliver a first class service.

A wonderful and friendly service from Sam who helped us organise our move with no problems at all. Erik and Michael did a fantastic job at moving all our furniture, dismantling and reassembling to a great standard and so friendly the whole time. They went above and beyond and no job was too much for them. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for our next move!

From the moment we met Sam we knew we would use him to move us from the Midlands. We just clicked immediately and knew that we would work well together. The quote was great value for money and the guys certainly earned their money.
Whilst we were worrying about the uncertainty of a fixed date for moving (good old solicitor's) Sam was unruffled, and when we finally got our date Sam did our first run two days later and the second run at the weekend. We were out before our deadline with no rush or panic thanks to Sam.
We were moving a six bedroom house with a double garage which was so much easier in two runs. The guys moved the garage and some of bedrooms in the first run. It was seamless and they packed everything in under two hours. They delivered it the next day and put it all exactly where we needed it to go. The second run was even easier.
We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service received by Sam and his team. They were professional, friendly and brilliant in every way.
