Ian’s customer service was great as he came in person to view the property to provide a quote rather than some other companies wanting photos / floor plans emailed to them. Call me old fashioned but this is the type of service I’d expect when moving personal possessions.
On the day of the move the team were prompt, polite and efficient and everything went very smoothly.
I would highly recommend them as they made a potentially stressful situation stress free.
Ian said we are moving lives and not just possessions which I think sums up their commitment to doing a superb job with great customer service.

Used Jack and Jill Removals today to help me move house. Superb service from the team. Very careful, friendly and thoroughly professional. Everything carefully wrapped and protected for both moving and transportation. Not a scratch or mark on my belongings or either house. Highest recommendation.

I’ve used the services of Jack & Jills twice in recent months, for both a local move and at distance across the UK.
The team have always been incredibly polite, efficient and diligent in handling my possessions. They removed so much of the stress from each move and enabled me to focus on all the other admin points that go with a house move.
