Wow - an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The exemplary service from Mark & his team helped solve a unique removal gig whereby I was orchestrating a local Hull-based move, remotely, from the USA. Communication via email was swift & fluid, the quote was very, very reasonable, the removal was done on time and with zero-hassle.
Overall, I would recommend Monstermove in a heartbeat and will certainly consider them again if I need a removal team that exceeds expectations. A huge THANKS once again to Mark & his team!

Used Monstermove twice now and been brilliant both times. 1st time, Mark and his removal men went above and beyond to help me move at very short notice, took great care with all my belongings and helped me a great amount. 2nd time, moving a business and again were brilliant. Definitely recommend to anyone. Reliable, friendly, quick and affordable. Perfect service. Thanks :)

I can't recommend these guys enough. Friendly, yet professional, they were cheerful, relaxed and straightforward.
I corresponded with Mark over email who gave me a quote and advice as to what I might need. The price was competitive and accurate and the service personal - really made you feel that you were important to the business. Mark arranged 4 chaps and two vans to move my belongings and they even dismantled and re-assembled some larger wardrobes to make the move easier.
I can't remember how I found them (google search I suspect), but I'm really glad I did.
All I can say is 'if Carlesberg did removal firms..........'

I wish there were more stars to rate Monstermove UK. We have used this company twice now. The first time we thought they were great so we went back to them. The second time was last week. Mark Bell is a fantastic, genuine person. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a removal company. Nothing is too much for him. The service itself is fantastic. They take great care with everything they move. So often you get people who do things just because it is their job. This is not the case with Mark Bell. He genuinely cares about the work he does and his customers. He has a fantastic personality that very quickly you feel like you have known him forever. This time he had a new guy with him. He was also great. So friendly, caring and professional. I really cannot say enough about them. Please if you want a removal do not hesitate to use Monstermove. I have moved quite a lot over the past few years. Monster Move have provided a reliable, polite and considerate service every time. Great care was taken each time with belongings and at a very affordable rate. I rate this company 11 out of 10 for performance, capability and professionalism. and the banter is good too. I strongly recommend this company to you and everyone I know.
