Great service from Advantage Storage. Had my container waiting for me to load, then couldn't do enough to help me when I was emptying my container. Definitely would recommend.

Staff were helpful from start to finish - they allowed me to come in and see the storage unit before renting and explained what I would fit in as was worried the containers would be too small.
Moving day the container was ready waiting for us to load my stuff. When it came to take my belongings out again it was no issue I just said what day I would be and rough time again when arriving the container was ready waiting and it was only opened by staff once I was there.
Professional, friendly staff and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future for any kind of storage.

We used Advantage's storage facilities for a number of years and received an excellent service from them. We needed access on a fairly regular basis and it was never any problem. A phonecall to book a time was all that was required. Sometimes access was available on the same day, but if not, we never had to wait more than a day. Team members have been very friendly. Definitely service with a smile.

This storage facility is first class in its professionalism and flexibility with clients. We needed to store the contents of our home at Inverness while we relocated from Durham up to Inverness. The people at Storage Inverness were so helpful, they stayed open late especially to allow us to unpack our stuff after we got delayed in getting there. They were really helpful when we needed to access our containers on several occassions. They are friendly, flexible and offer good value for money. If you need a container space when you are relocating, I recommend this company.
