This is the worst company to hire for transfer your goods to the storage. They have to remove our stuff from home to the storage. They came seen that is much more than reported and they gone, they said they will be back in one hour. At least we waited another 6 hours with stuff outside, they do not came back they don't answer their phone despite they know they have to wait for an authorisation but did not communicate with us just ignored us all the way. They also tried to put everything as is our fault because we didn't tell them how many things we have to storage but I still have my full list of items saved but they never wanted to see it from me. When they finally came about 3 days later they took our stuff not carefully, they have been throwing it into the van, done damage to table, sofa, shelves, broke electric scooter. Our stuff was thrown inside the storage. The bag which was taken last from home was thrown at the very back of the storage. Tried to contact them hundreds times they not answering the phone and they said they won't take any responsibility because we had access to the storage so they telling us we did all that damage to our belongings. They told us why we didn't tell them straight away we tried but they don't answer the phone. Not recommended they have no minimum respect to anything.Read more

I would definitely recommend using this company for moving home.
They came to our house to quote and explained everything to us & then sent us the quote.
Once we got an expected day it was all arranged with them and on the day they turned up.
The removal lads were friendly, helpful & very hardworking as they filled the van very quickly with our belongings.
The same when we arrived at our new home, it was all unloaded quickly but still with care and attention with questions where we wanted things placing.
When moving you want peace of mind & they provided that.
Big thanks to Matt, Harry & Luke who did an excellent job.

Used Sure Move to help with our move last week. Their service has been great since the initial enquiry stage. Clear communication throughout and always pleasant to speak to.
Clear pricing and service scope provided. Their colleague Michael came to our place to look at the things we need to move and ensure they give me an accurate quotation.
On moving day they were punctual and made good arrangements. Our move requires 3 people and all 3 that came and helped us (Michael, Johnny and James) were extremely polite. They handled everything furniture with care and caused no damage to the properties. We did the packing as agreed and everything went smoothly. They made what was supposed to be a stressful moving day easy for us!
Would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving within the area!

Cannot fault the team at Sure Move at all after helping me move house yesterday. They not only packed up a three bedroom house in under an hour but they also patiently waited until we could move into the new property and kept me feeling calm throughout!
They were professional, friendly, reassuring and honestly made the day feel so much better when it could have been so stressful. If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would!

The guys were brilliant leading up to our moving day and then on the day itself. Michael came round and gave us a free quote and gave us some really helpful tips and advice for packing and ways to save money.
On the moving day they arrived on time and filled 2 vans very quickly and waited for us to get the keys to the new house. Unloaded even quicker.
Unpacking I have found no scratches or any damage at all. I would recommend and use again in a heartbeat
