AWFUL! Please do yourselves a favour and avoid. We have several items missing, several items damaged, some significantly some minor. “Customer service” staff are absolutely horrible, quite probably the rudest people I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No attempt whatsoever to put things right. Insurance is their valuation based on age, so not worth the paper it’s written on. The world will be a better place when these guys go under.

I would highly recommend acorn removals. We used them for my daughters house move recently and everything went brilliantly. Their preparation before the day was very professional as were the staff on the day with a very calm and friendly approach.
