From start to finish their service was top notch. The friendliness of the staff, the cheerful and efficient removers and the whole care and attention second to none. [Names removed by Sirelo] were amazing with their hard work and attention to detail. Their cheerful and relaxed attitude really helped alleviate what is undoubtedly a very stressful situation.

I used many relocation companies the last two decades however I guarantee that Crown Relocations is the worst by far! During the removal of our stuff from Chester, UK, to Karlstad they broke lots of our items as well as they lost some important items and they refused to refund us using different tricks. Also the service during the packing and unpacking has been really very poor!!! Please stay away from them!!!

The whole process could not have been made easier by Schepens. The price quoted and the service offered were competitive - not the cheapest, but their local knowledge and experience of delivering to Sweden ideal for me. They provided clear advice on the customs paperwork (which was a relief since the Swedish customs form is self-contradictory...). Pickup from two locations was handled easily. Delivery was bang on time and unloading was fast and professional. All boxes were accounted for and everything arrived intact. Communication and advice was excellent throughout. I've been really impressed by the serive Schepens provided me.
