I can not sing the praises of this company highly enough. Firstly, the price is really competitive, in fact much more reasonable than every other company I looked at. But, Michael and his team at Aim offered a lot more. Michael came round and quickly worked out what we needed and gave clear advice. On the day, things were moved carefully and efficiently - everything was gone really quickly. The team were a delight. Cheerful, positive, polite and with a great sense of humour. Watching Minnie lift really heavy boxes with a smile was so impressive. There was a huge delay on our completion and we went into overtime on a Friday. Though I'm sure this posed lots of difficulties for the team they remained positive and efficient. Michael, the boss, kept in regular communication giving advice on the process and Ewan, on the team moving us, also kept in contact. When we finally completed the team worked quickly but carefully, moving some really tricky bits of furniture in small spaces when they must have been really tired. Easy to get a quote & organise a date, pricing was competitive. The moving team on the day were amazing. They didn't complain about the poor weather & were considerate when bringing items into the new house as to which room they should go in.
I don't plan on moving again, but if I did, I would use AIM.

Fantastic service from Michael and his team! We had 2 vans and 4 guys for our move. Very patient with our protracted process, punctual on the day and very friendly. Put us immediately at ease on arrival and made the move as easy as possible. They took control when our seller was still in the house on arrival so that we weren’t the ones having awkward conversations which was very much appreciated!

We had a brilliant experience with the team at Aim removals. Michael was really responsive and flexible around our moving dates, which changed/shifted quite a lot! The team on the day were excellent - really friendly and efficient and the quote from aim was by far the most reasonable we received. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and to recommend to others.

Great service from the team from start to finish for a move from storage in Leeds to Huddersfield. The movers were really helpful, and made what has been a bit of a stressful move a lot easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was put in the room we wanted, even a particularly tricky king size mattress. Thanks everyone.

Very very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Michael was very responsive and communicative. We were particularly happy with the movers themselves, who were extremely fast and careful, while also being personable and friendly. Their efficiency and friendliness really made a big difference and took a lot of the stress out of our moving day.
