We found the removals team incredible, they could not have been better. We paid extra for pre packing and this was amazing as meant that we did not worry about a thing while moving.
Super professional, very friendly and efficient.
We were so impressed with the team that I subsequently contacted them to help with getting a huge sofa into our loft office. They enjoyed the challenge, even though it involved fully having to unbolt a spiral staircase. I don’t think anyone else could have done it!

Broken lots of things.
Very bad at reassembling furniture, caused a lot of damage.
Left items behind.
Put items in the wrong room such as crockery in the bedroom.
Charged me 20% vat which I expected but had me pay monies into his personal account.
Nice enough person but not a good experience.

We used Aire Removals a few weeks ago. They were extremely efficient, hard working and punctual. Paul the owner, and his team took all the stress out of moving from the moment we met him to completing the move, even when it fell behind schedule, for things beyond their control. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a local business in East Leeds and my wife and I can't recommend them highly enough.
