Dishonest. Keep all comms for your records & ask for any details in written format.
They caused damage to floorboard & had responded via someone named '[Name removed by Sirelo]', with saying they had opened up a claim on insurance & that it could take a while. So then said they would need 2 quotes for them to sort it.
After asking several times for the insurance details, it was always ignored & never given.
From Nov- Jan, they gave the same answers, then stopped all contact & ignored all.
They have since told the retailer, who they were delivering for, that they have decided they caused no damage & came up with the idea that it must've been moved after delivery. Completely contradicts all their previous contact & stance.
Their conclusive 'idea' was unsubstantiated & there was literally nowhere else that the delivered sofa could've fitted; so not moved.
Conclusion: They are dishonest incompetent, timewasters, unprofessional & contradicting with no substance.
Steer clear & avoid. They must be cheap to be employed, but not worth the issues they bring.Read more
