Absolutely brilliant service!! Cannot fault and would recommend to anyone looking to move. Jason and his team were so polite, friendly and respectful. They made the whole moving process so smooth and stress free. They'd cleared our whole house in 2 hours! Everything was explained and the quote was so reasonable. Huge thanks to Jason and his team for making our move day an enjoyable experience 😀

Amazing, family run business. Jason went above and beyond ‘ moving’ my home huge home and garden, helping me though an emotional time - helping organise ( and fill) skips, storage company’s, packing materials and so much more . Cant recommend this family enough.

Affordable Removals provided exceptional service during our recent move both in and out of our house and in and out of storage. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Jason, in particular, was incredibly helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure all our belongings were handled with care and safely transported. His attention to detail and efficiency made the process much easier than expected. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and offered great value for the price. They were very flexible as some items needed to be moved back at different times. I highly recommend Affordable Removals to anyone looking for reliable and affordable moving services. Very poor experience. Jason came round and gave us a quote, seemed very informative and friendly. So we booked them. The day before the move, Jason called and asked if they could load up all the garden in preparation for the move which we agreed and some of the garden stuff was loaded onto the van. After loading at around 5pm he asked to look at what we had done and walked round the house and said that it was a bigger job than what they thought and would need to charge us an extra £200. Agreed to pay this, reluctantly, as didn't really have much of a choice.
After this he walked round the house and said that they cannot take boxed alcohol, TV's, light lamps etc. then left.
Overnight we filled up both our cars plus a friend's car.
The morning if the move, they arrived on time (3 people in total) and proceeded to pack the van. Again alot if discussion about what they could and couldn't take.
When we got to the new house, they were unloading fine when Jason wasn't there, as soon as he came back he refused for him and the team to take furniture upstairs ( IKEA chest of draws, bureaux, ottoman etc ) and put them the garage. I was annoyed that my small dressing table ( told could keep it full, but tape up the draws which was done). Jason had emptied out the draw with all my make up in the washing basket so no care was taken.
Overall I found the whole experience very stressful and would not be able to recommend, considering how the day went. When Jason wasn't present the work got done, however when he was there, he spent alot of time saying that they can't take this/that than actually doing the work. I find this a shame, as they are more than capable.Read more

Just book them.
They will do what you expect them to do, and do it well. What you don't expect is that the team fit so well together that you'll have bouts of laughter listening to them. Moving house is supposed to be stressful, but these people will just change the atmosphere and you'll find yourself enjoying the process. We feel that they have left us as friends. So yeah - ignore all those glossy brochures that you got sent in the post - get Jason to pop round and give you a quote. Cheers Legends!

I could not fault this team who were on time, provided an excellent service, friendly and helpful. I don't think they could improve on the service they provide and I will most certainly use them again when needed and would not hesitate recommending them to other future people looking to move small or large items. An added bonus is they will move out or deliver to Yellow Box Storage and are completely trustworthy.
