Out first contact with Ashdown was with Mark who came to survey our move requirements. He was thorough in his assessments and explained the pricing of the various services they offered clearly. He gave me confidence that they were reliable and professional. Our move date changed several times and each time I called Andrea she was unflappable. She really took away so much stress from us.
We requested a packing service which Mark, Ray, Rich and Steve undertook efficiently (too efficiently - they packed the biscuits I had bought for them!) and had our house contents in boxes and a van partially loaded within a few hours, saving time on move day. The moving out day itself went smoothly and quickly.
There was a long delay in us picking up the keys for our onward property but the guys waited it out with us to ensure we got moved in which meant they had a very long day.
Everyone worked so hard and remained good humoured, polite and courteous in trying circumstances.

My house move had become protracted but Ashdown Moving Group had been extremely patient in cancelling and rebooking dates for me. For the move itself the men were very helpful and professional. They completed the packing for me and handled each item with care. They went above and beyond when unloading at my new house, undertaking all the additional requests that I had made. An excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

I'm more than happy to recommend Ashdown! From the moment I contacted them, Andrea was so helpful. We very recently did a long distance 3 day move with the full packing service. Mark and his team was amazing, I'm not sure how they did it, they worked so hard and were professional from start to finish. Brilliant service, thank you!

Brilliant service. Our move got postponed so many times but Andrea was always so accommodating trying to fit us in each time. The guys worked so hard over nearly 3 days and not a single damaged item! Highly recommend
