I found the experience straight forward, movers were friendly and approachable. Price was reasonable, but they almost forgot one box off the truck! Thank God I remembered I had five! Not four. They arrived a day early to the house destination which was fine, but they called my phone with zero prior notification. They had arrived, they were lucky I wasn't too far out of town to drive back and didn't have work on the day. Very risky to do that, even an hour prior to arrival due to their changed schedule would have been better as this could have gone wrong for someone else. Risky to assume. Overall happy with the experience, though I just outlined why it wasn't 5/5 stars.

They kept us informed all the way through. When they arrived at our home in the U.K and the arrival time in Spain. They were very professional ensuring everything was wrapped properly. All our removals arrived with no damage.
