Truly exceptional service - would recommend to anyone and will definitely use Maskells again for any moving or storage needs. Kelly & her friendly, professional team were absolutely fantastic moving all of our stuff from Abergavenny to their storage facility in Llanelli while we wait for our new house to be finished. Despite me (vastly) underestimating the amount of stuff we had, they somehow managed to fit everything in & we are extremely grateful for their expert skills in van Tetris! Kelly kept us updated throughout, from booking to post-move, even going back the next day for a garden box. It is unusual to find a company with this level of competence & customer service - move with Maskells, you will not find better.

Right from the first quote, Maskell's were nothing but professional. They know their stuff and will guide you on what you need to do. We only moved 3 miles or so but had lots of stuff and a heavy fridge/freezer which needed to go up awkward steps. The guys did it all within 3 hours and advised us on the day and were clear about what would happen. I have moved before using a 'man in van' service and had items damaged. I would strongly recommend Maskell's as they don't cut corners and take care of your belongings. Very friendy staff and a pleasure to deal with!

Moving house is such a stressful experience. I'm so glad we used Maskells for both removals and storage - really made the whole thing much easier. Lovely people, highly competitive - but most importantly - extremely trustworthy! Kelly is always on the ball. Will definitely use again.

Just would like to say a big thank you to Kelly and her team. I gave them a 1 week notice and from start to finish they were fantastic. Team of staff were friendly and in the property well before time. They were very professional and did everything that I needed. Dismantled the bed and assembled in new house. Cant thank you enough. You made our day less stressful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kelly and her team were fantastic help us out at very short notice and moved us promptly.we had to do a second run with one of the two vans and nothing was too much trouble and the boys also were very helpful and patient when we didn’t receive keys until late in the day !
Kelly came and did the packing service the day before and this was a great help as we didn’t know where to start. Would definitely recommend both the packaging service and this company for your move to take the stress out of it

An excellent service and a wonderful job done. The guys shoehorned our contents into 3 vans and did an extra run for garden plants.
