And haven’t even informed about taken payments, though last time - I have received confirmation emails!!
This time, they doubled the charge for the same amount of items to be removed, even though half of it still were packed since last time they have done a relocation service and - it was from 2 different locations as well!!! So how come the price has doubled to over £4K??!!
And on top of that - while we were unpacking in the new place, found a couple of broken items, as one wasn’t wrapped and another one was taken by one of the removal guys even though I told them not to touch that box!!
Now they don’t want to hear anything about it as apparently we are past the deadline of reporting it?? Lol
No morals!! No shame!!

Only at the time of moving my boxes back to my new address, I were told that the redelivery services (which I was also told was included in the initial price I paid) are carried out only from Monday to Wednesday and are charged £204/two hours. Even to access my boxes personally, the cost would still be of £204. I found this extremely unprofessional, as we were not told this initially. However, they agreed to schedule the delivery for the 17th, which I appreciated.
We had to waste our day calling them, as their number always directs you to an automatic reply, which tells you that they’ll call you back. The customer service provided through WhatsApp chat replied after a minimum of an hour, hence when we had to meet the drivers who were redelivering our boxes, we could not contact anybody, as we were only given an Irish number to contact.
The redelivery was scheduled to be carried out between 9-10, while it was carried out between 13-14, forcing us to change our plans, as we had to stay home to wait for them, with no update regarding their location. After the service was completed, we were charged an additional £130, as we were told that the service took more time than expected (however the drivers told us they came late because of problems in the warehouse, hence not because of delivery location or time, which therefore we should not be charged anything for).
In the end after “bargaining” with fantastic removals for a few days, they said that the maximum amount they could refund us is £70. Which we agreed upon, out of lack of time and energy to further discuss this matter with this company.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service.

They did an internal investigation after I reported an in I sent ( their employees stole jewelery worth a lot) , they basically asked the employees if they did it, they said no and closed the case. After emailing back and forth I proved that their employees were lying after which they decided to tell me that they are hiring other companies, so it’s not their responsibility anymore.
It’s not a single case. I ordered packers, but some of my friends used their cleaning services, similar thing happened. In addition, in terms of services, they didn’t bring any clear cello tape, which I payed for. I got the police involved, but I don’t think the case is getting anywhere close to resolve the, and I don’t think the company is interested in solving it in any way.
I highly recommend these guys, they removed all the stress from the move and everything arrived in excellent condition. Thank you!
