Absolutely nasty rude removal man, he said he was bringing 2 men, he came alone and then complained constantly about the amount of furniture to move. We helped him throughout, 2 women and then he charges me an extra £100. When I get to storage facilities, he drops off the furniture and goes. Nasty piece of work, if you like rude, argumentative rip off merchants, then go with this company. He took advantage of me because I needed to get my furniture moved and then made some imaginary price up with no negotiation.
