Used Removal Remedy to move the contents of my 2 bed flat. Haroon and Soully were both lovely, friendly and most helpful. They took wonderful care of my things and I would recommend them and Removal Remedy. The process of getting quotes and their overall customer services was great too.

Moving a tattoo studio felt like a total nightmare waiting to happen. All that expensive gear—the tattoo machines, the chairs, the sterile stations—there was no room for error. But I'm seriously impressed with the commercial relocation service from Kingston and Richmond Removals.The team that handled our move was a proper class act. They understood exactly how delicate everything was and took incredible care with wrapping and loading every single item. They were super efficient, and the entire move was done so fast it kept our business's downtime to an absolute minimum. Best moving company.

I strongly recommend the Removal Remedy team. Sherrie is very helpful in organising logistics and pricing. Isa lead a great team every time. Isa is professional, patient, and his stacking skills to maximise my storage is impressive. I also had others lead moves, and this level of service was consistent.

What a relief! Service was excellent from start to finish! Sherrie was so knowledgable, she advised on how to make the moving process as stress free as possible, from packing and organising to even giving me spot on timings on how long the process should take! On the day, Dee and Haroon were super careful with all our boxes and belongings, they took apart furniture in a flash and put it all back together at our new house, another huge thing not having to worry about furniture assembly at the new house! Genuinely so pleased I went with Removal Remedy, they most definitely live up to their name!

I honestly cannot recommend Removal Remedy enough. The service provided was impeccable and extremely professional. They completed our move in the time quoted and honestly saved us so much mental and physical stress. The movers were all amazing and we will absolutely be using Removal Remedy again when we move if they operate in whichever area we may move to.
