What makes your company stand out?

We've been doing removals and storage for over a decade. During that time the team netted a lot of industry awards and recognitions. That includes FORS certificate, quality certificate for Domestic Removals BS EN 12522 and successfully passed all audits from the relevant trade associations. Our warehouse is conveniently located in Central London which gives us extra reach and local knowledge to navigate through the busy London streets. We maintain new fleet of vehicles and all our European journeys are departing on time, even if we do not fill the capacity. That reassures all customers that their moves will happen within the industry approved timeframes.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We hold comprehensive insurance package offering layers of protection. That includes half a million pound cover for the storage premises, £250K limit for all risks and £100K per vehicle on all European trips. The insurance is sold directly to the consumer, who receives certificate in their name and can approach the insurance company directly, should a claim must be logged. That gives the control over the process to the consumer and limit the company's abilities to deny any responsibility.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Always check who you deal with. At Top Removals we offer transparent approach and proactive customer care. As a member of the BAR, we also participate to the Deposit Guarantee Scheme, meaning all money paid ahead of any move are guaranteed by the British Association of Removers and their fund. There is plenty of information who we are and we advise all customers what to expect during their removals experience. Many brokers will take a job and work on a margin basis, while we do the actual work. We would advise the customer to always make sure they are aware which is the company which physically do the move at the end and perhaps try to book with them directly.

Top Removals were impeccable from start to finish! From all the help in organising and getting all details right through tenths of emails. Fast and accurate communication from [Name removed by Sirelo]. Collection on the day was fast and delivery was also accurate and immaculate. Very friendly team!
I received so many quotes from many other companies and harassed via phone and email for weeks after contacting others.
