I would urge anyone considering using them, to save yourself at all costs!
To mention only a few things we’ve just experienced. They were late arriving by well over an hour and a half, which meant we were late vacating the property and being chased by estate agents. They damaged a large number of items, such as pictures, plant pots, radiator cover, soft furnishings, a beautiful and very expensive dinning table, which clearly hadn’t been protected in transit, and as a result had huge groves taken out of the wood on the table top.
They also caused damage to the new property moving things in.
We noted all the damages on the paperwork, which the lad's agreed to before we all signed it and they left. They informed us to contact the head office tomorrow when they had a copy of the paperwork, and we would be compensated.
Upon contacting them the next day and being asked to provide and email across photographs of all the damages, which we did. They then informed us that ‘the lads’ said all the damages were already done prior to their arrival and refused to take any responsibility or pay us back a penny. We are now left completely out of pocket, having to find money to replace all the items, whilst also having paid them over £1,000 for the privilege.
