Always the best. My box was just collected. This is my 5th shipping and no problem. I will highly recommend. Their professional and customer service is my priority

I have used Manc Global three times and each time the experience has been awesome. The driver and helper that shows to my house for collection each time as the same people so I've managed to build some rapport. These two people are quite awesome especially the driver. He's quite experienced and kind. Overall customer service has so far exceeded my expectations. I did a door-to-door from the States to Ghana with the same expectations and boy was I in for some shock lol. Anyway, I entreat all whom have any apprehensions about using Manc to do so as they're really good. Thank you for your great service and keep it going (don't make a liar out of me pls).

Currently, the best door to door company in UK with friendly and polite customer service assistants and drivers. We received our boxes in top shape within 3 weeks. Pick up in London was smooth, delivery in Ghana was seemless. My go-to shippers now. A breath of fresh air.

I have used a number of UK to Ghana door to door shipping companies and the issues are the same - unprofessionalism in communication, lack of transparency with pricing, cash system to evade taxes, no optimum pick up route meaning that you would have to wait around all day to confirm over call (at least 5 times) whether your box will be picked up and it still would not be etc etc. The list of negatives with Ghanaian door to door companies are endless.
Then we discovered Manc Global Logistics and thought it was too good to be true. We booked collection online, got that acknowledged by text and email. Then we got told when our collection date would be with a tracking link that would be live on said day. And then on the day, the link went live and the van pulled up to our driveway at the appointed time. Box was picked and we were able to make payment online rather easily by card. The prices were also published online so it was easy to know how much was going to be paid. We received a pdf receipt in the email and that was it. Such a breeze. For the first time in all my years in the UK, shipping a box home has been hustle free and has not messed up my working day in anyway. Absolutely incredible for same price as well.

Happy to say I have finally found a door-to-door company that offer great service to Ghana. I have used them twice and I must say they are very reliable, professional and punctual both with collection and delivery in Ghana. Costumer service always answer the phone when you call for any help. You will never regret using them.

Great service and punctual on their pickup time. Just found this company on Google and we shipped our charity items with them. From collection to invoicing and payment, we felt confident dealing with Manc Global Logistics.
