A brilliant company with excellent customer service and great care and efficiency during moving.
Nick was exceptionally patient and helpful as we had to keep delaying our move date. We then found our completion date did not line up with end of tenancy and we were able to also purchase storage for our items at a rolling rate. This flexibility supported us in a very stressful time and I could not have done it without them.
In terms of the actual move-out and move-in days James and Clint were brilliant. They were extremely friendly and efficient in packing up our belongings and giving us guidance on how to pack things. The rebuilding of our Ikea furniture was also extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again in future. Thank you!

Truly professional service, with a personal touch.
Nick was contactable every step of the way, and was flexible to our needs throughout the process.
Shout out to Marie & Clint, who were an absolute dream team - we were amazed at how quickly but delicately they packed up our possessions (including expertly taking down & rebuilding 2 IKEA wardrobes + 2 double beds). They were very friendly, and they managed us throughout the packing day & moving day.
I highly recommend them for any future jobs.

Very professional. Nick was very easy to deal with and very responsive with questions. Helped us to move apartments for a 1-bed, completed in almost less than 5 hours. We had prepacked most of the things in the boxes they had provided in advance. They dismantled and re-assembled some of our furniture quickly. Fairly priced. Handled our furniture with care- minor scratches here and there. Thanks to Clint, James and Marie. Would use again and would recommend

Really good experience. The pair who helped us move we really helpful going above and beyond to help us organise and facilitate the move. They never complained about our indecision or asking them to carry a chest of drawers up 2 flights of tight stairs. Was great to have the boxes available to help us prepare. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic service from Manchester Removals and Storage for our recent house move. Nick did a video survey and correctly predicted the boxes and packaging materials we'd need. We always had prompt responses to any questions, and on the day Dylan and Marie worked like absolute trojans, while remaining incredibly polite and friendly throughout the day. No problem knocked them off their stride, they were prompt, professional and very efficient. We'll definitely use Manchester Removals and Storage for any future moves!

This is the second time I've used Nick and the Manchester Removals team and I will never use anyone else. They were so accommodating when my move kept shifting around, lending me boxes when I needed it, and then when I had way more stuff than anticipated, gave a solution that was still low cost.
Every member of the team was kind, friendly and just got on with the job and never made me feel like a problem (even when my stuff filled the whole van). I cannot recommend them enough.
