An amazing service from Mike and Al. From start to finish couldn’t be faulted. Excellent communication, professional service and not a problem throughout. They even managed to lift a massive Malaysian wooden wardrobe up a seemingly impossible staircase. Absolutely delighted.

We realised just over a week before Christmas; and very last minute on our part; that we could only complete our renovation work by putting furniture from our Living Room and Dining Room into storage, we contacted Derbyshire Removals, as we always endeavour to use a Derbyshire Trusted Trader for any work.
Mike the proprietor reassured me; that despite being extremely busy; he could help. And true to his word - for both collection and then return in early February - things ran smoothly to our timescale. Mike and his colleague arrived when they said they would - they were extremely polite, pleasant, professional and efficient in the removal. They worked like clock-work as a team and applied Covid-safe measures whilst in our house. We have no hesitation in recommending them and wouldn't hesitate to acquire their services once more - should we move!

Derbyshire removals were absolutely fantastic! A really professional and friendly team led by Mike who was brilliant at keeping in touch and very efficient. They moved my many, many boxes of books and furniture safely out of my old house (which had extremely steep stairs!) into my new house with no fuss or hassle, and were also great at following all the Covid rules, keeping distance, keeping spaces aired, wearing masks etc., so it felt really safe. A really good value, professional experience- I would recommend them to everyone.

We booked Derbyshire Removal to take our belongings from Derbyshire to our new home in Worcestershire. Mike came to give us a quote and we were very impressed with the professional approach. The quote was competitive. On the day Mike and Clive arrived on time, loaded quickly and efficiently. On arrival at our new home our items were soon off loaded and put into the correct rooms. No items were damaged and we were very impressed. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Prior to the move Mike was extremely flexible and accommodating in trying to hit a moving (excuse the pun) target for contract completion. We couldn't have asked for more. Mike was courteous and professional and communicated well along the way.
The move out (including packing) went smoothly and to plan. The move into the new place also went well, with a stop en route. Mike's team of Andy and Alan definitely deserve a mention - they were extremely polite and helpful and bent over backwards, especially with the heavier items!
