Flat removal. I paid for 5 hours enough for two runs. In arriving at my property the removal guys claimed it would be impossible for me to do it it two loads and insisted I pay 3 hours more plus petrol for an additional load. However the van was only half full on the second run and less than half full on the third. Could have easily been achieved in the original time. Avoid this company unless you get a fixed cost. They will likely try to force you to pay more and seem to be deliberately increasing the cost and time the job takes.

Efficient and great communication, booked a couple of days in advance and made moving cities an extremely easy process - would really recommend this company!

They had given us a 2 hour slot to move our stuff and then called and said they wouldnt arrive until the end of the 2 hour slot and we couldn’t do that due to work and they refused to give our deposit back and were very aggresive and making up lies

Thank you Lion Removals... Yet again an excellent job with our house move! We have used Lions twice and will certainly be our go to for any future removals. The lads were quick and efficient, what and amazing job and even on a Sunday! Still can't believe how well they did with our extremely heavy items. Advice was great around the logistics of the move and they were respectful of all the properties too!

We used this company for my daughter’s student move and storage for a few days inbetween. All communication was excellent and both moves went smoothly. The drivers were friendly and helpful. We would definitely use them again.
