What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
ADHD levels of hyper focus on work quality means mistake are super rate . Since starting service in 1999 I estimate I have spent less than £ 1000 on mistakes . if a mistake happens on my watch i own it 100% , you got to be realistic though . 10 year old IKEA wardrobes might not make it . but ill mark your cards as I go.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
If you want game as a bagel lads that will look after you nice and will keep the cost modest then we are the chaps to call.
