We were delighted with the removal service provided by Woburn Sands Removal Company. We had several failed completion dates which Helen calmly accommodated each time there was a change. Her manner was very reassuring compared to a stressful coneyancing process. We used the packing service and, having unpacked, I know my packing wouldn't have been anything like as thorough or careful.
On moving day, the team led by Bret were courteous, patient and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and, despite completion being later in the day than expected, they didn't complain and efficiently and cheerfully unloaded everything into the correct rooms.
Thank you. We wouldn't hesitate to use WSR again.

Excellent service from start to finish!
Our moving process was extremely long, but Helen was always available for updates and kept in frequent contact with us to ensure they were available for us on moving day.
I was genuinely surprised at the number of people we had arrive on moving day, the price we paid was extremely reasonable for this number of people. They were all really friendly, even allowing our little boy to help load a few things in the lorry as he found it fun! The team as a whole were so professional, helpful and made such an effort to ensure we had a smooth process for moving. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Excellent service all round, moved from Milton Keynes to Stowmarket, the guys turned up nice and early, had a quick chat and explained everything, then had us packed up and on the way in no time. When we got the keys to the new house, they were ready to go, putting down protective wrap to prevent any damage to the carpets. Delivered everything to specified rooms. Despite having to dodge the odd downpour, when they had finished they left no trace they had been. Friendly and professional team. From initial contact, quotes and the actual move itself, I couldn’t fault anything, would recommend.

Had such a lovely moving day with Helen and team. They took great care of all our belongings, packed the vans professionally and worked quickly. They were patient while we waited for keys and just got on with the job checking where we wanted things they weren’t sure of. We would highly recommend and extend a huge thank you for the effort in 30 degree heat making our moving day such a breeze.

We can’t rate WS Removals highly enough. Over the years we have used them several times, including last year when they organised a very complicated move involving multiple locations and storage. They’re a great bunch of people to have around you because moving can be extremely stressful! Helen and Tom were always on hand to answer messages and they have an unflappable way of making the whole process run very smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate in calling them again in the future. Amazing service from the guys who managed to accommodate our 80 mile move with a few weeks notice. Polite, professional and handled all our belongings with care. Prepped with everything needed to protect our valuables. Competitive prices and second to none service. If I ever put myself through the stress of moving again il be choosing Tom and the team to make it that little bit easier!
