Excellent service from beginning to end. Ours was a complicated long distance move with multiple delays but the family-run business took it in their stride. They worked so hard and didn't complain about anything! Thank you Kate and team! It's great to support local, small business!

Team turned up on time and made an immediate start.They worked non stop until all was packed. Very courteous and more than polite.Cannot thank them enough ,used many removal men’s over the years and without a doubt they have been the best. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance in moving.

We used Jones Services Removals last month and couldn't be happier.
They were really flexible, we were supposed to be moving on the Monday and still hadn't exchanged on the Friday, luckily Kate assured us that it wasn't an issue for them.
On the morning they arrived on time and got the truck filled quickly and efficiently, the same on the other end with unloading. They gave special attention to my piano and didn't give up on some tricky logistics and back breaking work.
The 3 guys that helped us move were friendly and helpful.We definitely recommend using Jones Removals and would use them again in the future, it just removes one big stress on moving day.

Thanks so much to the two lads who moved our belongings in to storage today. Professional,Polite, Careful, Hard working are the things that come to mind during the remove process. Again many thanks will not hesitate to use when the need arises.
