Ruined furniture, refused to take responsibility.
Wore dirty shoes in brand new house & on carpets after asking them to wear shoe covers numerous times, damaged door frames and walked mud through property, torn new sofa, damaged oak furniture & damaged child’s bedroom furniture (offered to glue a wardrobe back together), lost screws & clips for bed frames, cream sofa was covered in black marks along with a tear which we was told wasn’t them but the corner unit was less then 8 months old which had been & is always covered with large throws.
Everything we moved with was less then 8 months old & 90% of it is ruined.
Moved on 18th October 2024 still no outcome still being ignored, ruined hundreds of pounds worth of furniture, ignored calls, emails complete cowboys don’t know what there doing.
All we was told that all damages was there before & haven’t heard back since, after chasing for nearly 3 months.
Refused to empty the 2nd removal van without full payment, partner wanted to hold back 100 pounds until all belongings was out, but they refused to unload, when they did unload ironically all Furniture was damaged pretty much every single item of large furniture.
If you see bad reviews BELIEVE THEM.
Leva it would be great if you could get back in contact rather then ignoring us & hoping the problem will go away.
We was told originally you would offer compensation of an insulting £100 after damaging about £3,000 worth of belongings, but since then we can’t get hold of the office, your mobile, WhatsApp’s or email.Read more
