I highly recommend this company and had an incredibly smooth and happy Removal with Wayne and his team.
Mark took great care to carefully wrap my precious crystals and pictures, Steve was especially good at looking after all my boxes of fairies and Josh Couldn’t do enough to help. Mark Steve and Josh were lovely guys, nothing was too much for them and they had a lot of patience when we finally reached my new home and I directed them where to put things. I would give them all 10 stars if I could.

Credit where credit is due. Wayne and the team were excellent. It's difficult to know what to expect as we hadn't moved for a very long time but we were very impressed at all stages. The quoting process and what services they could provide - they literally packed up everything, took apart the furniture (then reassembled at the new house) , even had wardrobe boxes to literally carry the contents as is from one house to the next - very clever.
We ended up needing 4 vans and they even dropped off a piano to a friend around the corner! Nothing was too much trouble. They even sent a man to finish off some of the furniture reassembly the next day.
I've already recommended them to 2 separate friends who are also moving soon.

We booked Easy Move for our move from Scotland to Swansea. They were super responsive to our quote (the only one of three companies who did reply in fact!), were very accommodating given our move out dates were up in the air for a while and our move in date not confirmed. They kept our stuff in storage for a week easily, and the team of two who did the actual removals were super friendly, very quick and careful with our stuff. They even took our bed apart and put it back together for us.
Only element I found tricky - purely because my job makes it difficult to take phone calls, was they arranged a lot/confirmed a lot over the phone even when I requested email comms. I preferred to have things in emails as I can only hold so much in my head, but also I couldn’t always take the calls when they rang which added to the stress of all the moving parts a bit.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I spoke with Wayne, who I believe is the owner, and he was extremely helpful, patient, and provided an honest quote. On moving day, the two movers arrived promptly and were very kind to my mum while loading the van. Despite the distance between locations and the hot weather, everything was delivered without issue. They even managed to carry a double wardrobe up a narrow staircase with a turn — all without fuss. The team was friendly and went above and beyond, even helping to reconnect my washing machine and checking if I wanted their help to rearrange furniture. Although I had a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere, I felt this company was more trustworthy and reliable, and I’m very glad I chose them. I would happily recommend them and use them again.

Steve and his team of lads did an outstanding job moving my two bed house to Penclawdd . They arrived on time and didn’t stop working until they were happy with the job. I can’t recommend them enough. Also the price was far lower that of all the other companies I tried.

Fantastic company for house removals! Joe and Ryan were very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience stress free. The company are very responsive and are able to provide there services on the specific date you require. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Easy Move!
