The most professional and courteous service I've ever received. Pavel initially dropped by my home to survey all items, then issued me with an extremely reasonably priced quote. Then arrived promptly on the day of the move, told me the itinerary for the day, disassembled my furniture impeccably (which wasn't easy considering I had a complex IKEA sofa bed and ottoman bed), then loaded the truck. Every item was wrapped with plastic or covered in cloth to prevent scratches and whenever something was lifted or set down, it was done so slowly and carefully to avoid bumps. The guys then took a mini lunch break which allowed us to get a head start to get to the new place, then they arrived later and unloaded everything into the new place. Put everything exactly where we asked and assembled the furniture perfectly again as though it was new. Honestly it was a dream of an experience. I couldn't fault it.

Really not a review writer but had such a great experience with Pavel it is worth noting and can strongly recommend. Moving home from London to Cambridge in tricky circumstances we contacted Pavel (following glowing recommendation from family member who Pavel has helped several times) at relatively short notice and he and team were so helpful/efficient/accommodating/patient given we were also doing the move with young baby. Many thanks Pavel! Could have been a nightmare situation but with their help it was just an exciting move.

Recommended by a friend, so of course I ignored every other quote. When you get a solid recommendation from someone you know and trust (an artist, so very precious and delicate cargo), you take it. I was very pleased we did. Pavel and his Tomasz got the job done in time, with courtesy and professionalism, and with a smile. An absolute pleasure to work with. Would totally use again. Trust me. We had a fantastic experience with Pavel and his team. As a family with young children, moving could have been really stressful, but they went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. The packing and moving process was efficient, careful, and nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly removals company in South London, we’d highly recommend them!

We’ve used Pavel and his team for four moves now and counting. The first in 2016 and the last this year. I don’t think there’s anything more I can say that proves how great they are than the fact I’ve only ever used them as our removal partners. Nothing is too much trouble and even when on the last occasion, we weren’t quite finished with all our packing that didn’t phase Pavel and the team at all, they just got cracking as soon as they arrived and were brilliant from start to finish.

I would highly recommend hiring Pavel and his team. They were jolly, kind and attentive on the run up to the move (especially as the move was a weeks notice). Really well priced and worked so hard over the two days to help pack and move. Everything was safely moved including delicate items like glass objects, pictures and records. Incredibly efficient and made sure all boxes made it to the right rooms and all furniture was reassembled on the other end. Email and number has been saved as I would definitely use And Move in the future (even passed to a few people in anticipation for their move)
