Not overly impressed if I'm honest, for the following reasons...
1. As soon as they started loading my furniture I was informed that it's 'cash only '....I can think of only 1 reason why they would want cash. I had to go to the cash point which was very inconvenient.
2. Wanted to take my mattress protector off so they could use it for protection on my chest of drawers....didn't want to walk to their van to get protector
3. Put my wooden sideboard on a trolley without protection.
4. Chucked a metal box on to another box which was my great uncles...it obviously damaged it....I previously had it sand blasted and powder coated....when I mentioned it the reply was ' it happens '....I think he thought it was a house clearance.
5. Really wanted me to do the review in front of him....

Guys did a big reshuffle of furniture between two houses. They were brilliant about communicating both about the job and on the day and got everything done perfectly. Will definitely use again.
