We cannot rate James and all the team highly enough. The move was made more complex than we had originally thought as our purchaser brought the removal date forward. So all dates and plans had to be changed including all our furniture going into storage. James responded calmly meeting all our new deadlines, then helpfully staggered our move into our new home when we did eventually get completion. The whole team had to make numerous trips, on each occasion they were cheerful fun and nothing was too much trouble. Even removing heavy large pieces of furniture into different rooms for us when I changed my mind about where it was to go! We have a lot of fine glass and china which was all beautifully and carefully wrapped with not one breakage. We also had a huge amount of garden furniture and some very heavy ornaments, all were moved and carefully placed where we wanted them. If moving can be fun even when problems arise then James and his team made it so. They were all careful and considerate and unbelievably helpful and totally professional. I cannot praise the service I received from James and his staff at Empire Removals highly enough. I am a 75 year old retired doctor and my wife had in the past always organised the practicalities of our multiple house moves. Very sadly my wife passed away nearly two years ago. I eventually decided I needed to move closer to one of my daughters, at the same time seriously downsizing my home and possessions. I was dreading the whole process.
From the day James came to quote for the work, I was reassured I would be in good hands. So it proved. James outlined how flexibly the company works, and I discovered throughout the whole process that he meant what he said. Nothing was too much trouble. James and the excellent team did all they possibly could to make the whole experience manageable. Thank you!

We just had 5 large items to be moved into our new home and James was so helpful. I didn't give him much notice but it was no problem. They arrived when they said and worked really hard on a hot day. Both James and Mario were nice guys and I am grateful at the care they took. Also their charges were very reasonable. I would recommend Empire removals.

James and his team have helped move my belongings twice. Friendly, professional, but above all careful, I’d use Empire Removals again in a heartbeat. I now don’t bother getting quotes from the others.

We have done a few moves over recent years and I can honestly say this has been the best by a long way. James has been extremely obliging, flexible and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and his friendly team. By moving out and into our new home is stages has made the whole process more manageable and we would happily recommend Empire Removals to anyone looking for a reliable company to look after them.
