From first contact to completion it was less than a couple of days but I could not have asked for anything better than the service I received.

What a great service. They were the only company we contacted who actually visited the property we were moving from to give a quote. Excellent communication from them and the guys on the day were magnificent. We moved to a third floor flat so it was really hard work for them but not once did I hear a complaint. I hope never to move again but if so then I know who I will ask to move us. First class

I have no hesitation in recommending James and his team. They were careful, cheerful and very professional throughout the whole process. As an example, they dismantled a glass coffee table and a large glass dining table as part of the move. They carefully wrapped up each part and then reassembled both items when they arrived safely at the other end.

We cannot rate James and all the team highly enough. The move was made more complex than we had originally thought as our purchaser brought the removal date forward. So all dates and plans had to be changed including all our furniture going into storage. James responded calmly meeting all our new deadlines, then helpfully staggered our move into our new home when we did eventually get completion. The whole team had to make numerous trips, on each occasion they were cheerful fun and nothing was too much trouble. Even removing heavy large pieces of furniture into different rooms for us when I changed my mind about where it was to go! We have a lot of fine glass and china which was all beautifully and carefully wrapped with not one breakage. We also had a huge amount of garden furniture and some very heavy ornaments, all were moved and carefully placed where we wanted them. If moving can be fun even when problems arise then James and his team made it so. They were all careful and considerate and unbelievably helpful and totally professional. I cannot praise the service I received from James and his staff at Empire Removals highly enough. I am a 75 year old retired doctor and my wife had in the past always organised the practicalities of our multiple house moves. Very sadly my wife passed away nearly two years ago. I eventually decided I needed to move closer to one of my daughters, at the same time seriously downsizing my home and possessions. I was dreading the whole process.
From the day James came to quote for the work, I was reassured I would be in good hands. So it proved. James outlined how flexibly the company works, and I discovered throughout the whole process that he meant what he said. Nothing was too much trouble. James and the excellent team did all they possibly could to make the whole experience manageable. Thank you!
