Absolutely fantastic team! Great communication, very professional and friendly lads. They moved my very elderly parents in-law and they handled them with great respecf and dignity.

James and his team were fantastic! We booked them to pack up our house, dismantle furniture and move us. James was understanding and accommodating as our move date changed and was easy to communicate with throughout. His team were friendly, diligent and worked quickly. James was supportive when we needed to keep clothes rails longer than expected and offered to keep some items whilst we had some work done on our house. I would definitely recommend James and his team.

Thank you Empire Removals for a very smooth house move and furniture removals.
James and his team were friendly, professional and efficient. They helped me move house on one of the hottest days in July and then came back a week later to do a furniture removals from 1 house to 3 different houses. Despite the heat they worked really quickly and didn’t complain once, even having to dismantle sofas unexpectedly.
They deliver on what they promise eg, used mattress covers, provided floor covers, arrived on time and communicated promptly which you don’t always get with other removal companies.
If you are looking for a friendly, trustworthy, helpful company to help you move house I would definitely recommend James and his team!

James has been an absolute gem throughout. The communication between us has been invaluable to me. We had a complicated move from Devon to Surrey, but James made it all so very easy. Thank goodness we found him.
He took away a lot of unwanted furniture and also all of our recycling to save us taking it.
On the day, arrived promptly, up and down 3 flights of stairs, a large bed, a large sofa, a heavy sideboard etc. No grumbling, James and Mario dealt with everything efficiently with a smile.
All of the remaining items were delivered to our home in Surrey exactly to the minute.
I would wholeheartedly recommend him, he went ‘above and beyond’ and the ‘extra mile’
to make sure all the stress was taken away from us.
Well done James, we can never thank you enough.

From first contact to completion it was less than a couple of days but I could not have asked for anything better than the service I received.
