Absolutely the worst nightmare of our lives and we've moved over 10 times including 3 international moves.
This company is sugar coated at face value and prior to customer commitment however, once they have your money they are the complete opposite.
Liers, rude, aggressive and downright unprofessional.
They add to the stress of moving and charge you extra at every turn. Extremely poor communication and lack of knowledge around customs (costing us an additional £2000!!! On top of the already excessive charges - total cost for the displeasure burnt a £14000 hole in our pockets - all self packed!!)
I'm expecting a barrage of insults after this review because that is the way they operate.
Do yourself a favour... spend the extra money on an actual professional removal company and spare yourself of these clowns.
