Jarretts had no idea about packing fine art even though their representative had assured me that they did. On delivery after a year in storage many of my goods had been repacked and some items were missing.

Excellent customer service throughout. We had a price from another company but felt confident with Jarretts and asked if they could match the price which they did. The guys carrying out the removal for us were professional and efficient all the way through the process and the staff we spoke to i.e. estimator and the staff on the end of the telephone were really helpful and very pleasant. We would highly recommend Jarretts to anyone.
