I honestly couldn’t recommend this removal company highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. The team arrived on time, came fully prepared, and immediately put me at ease with how professional and friendly they were. They handled everything with great care and efficiency, making what could have been a stressful day feel completely smooth and well-organised.
Every member of staff was polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for them — whether it was carefully packing delicate items, moving heavy furniture with ease, or checking in to make sure I was happy at each stage.
The whole process was stress-free, and I’m so grateful for the effort they put in. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a removal service and will use them again in the future without hesitation.

We have recently used Norfolk removals for our move, and we could not ask for better support during what can be a very stressful time.
Kevin and his colleagues were amazing! They took very good care of our posessions, going the extra mile to ensure everything was safely placed in the vans, and in the house once we got the keys.
Very professional, punctual, organised and supportive giving advice during the whole process.

Kevin has moved a few items for us in the past, so it was a no brainer to get him to do our whole house move to a new home.
He came to assess what we had to give us a quote, and pricing was brilliant.
On the day he was so careful with all the items and got the job done so quickly. Even with moving our sofa through the balcony as it would not get up the stairs! Nothing bothered him and Danny, we had a laugh too.
We can't recommend them enough!

Leaving an incredibly late review - But Kevin & his son helped my partner and I move in December, and after what was an incredibly stressful and tumultuous process made by the buyers, sellers, lawyers, and real estate companies... Norfolk Removals was the one saving grace that made the moving process incredibly simple and stress-free. On moving day, the team was timely, patient, and professional. Not only was the day of the move smooth, but communication, scheduling, and organizing with Norfolk Removals was also a breeze. I would instantly recommend to anyone moving in the area. Kevin helped me move into my flat from storage in a garage... He quoted a price for the whole job, date and time, no hidden extras and no BS.
