Well what can I say , From the first phone call to my move being completed was just excellent service, The care they put in to make sure my contents arrived in the same condition as when they moved it from our property was fantastic, With the suggestion from kevin (the boss) to load on first day and unload on second day so it didn't cost us for them to sit around and wait from previous tenent to move out was superb, we loaded 9am first day and unloaded at midday second day with no time lost , I would highly recommend prime movers to all my friends and family for a hassle free expert removal company , 10 out 10 , thankyou prime movers

We cannot recommend Prime Movers enough. After our home was flooded a couple of months ago, we have had to move into rented accommodation. Kevin and Daniel moved us into our home 3 years ago, so I did not hesitate to get in touch when I knew we would be moving again. Kevin called me back really quickly and was very accommodating.
Packing up and moving home is very daunting at the best of times, and both Kevin and Daniel instantly put us at ease. They were very punctual and efficient, initially they walked around our home to see what needed to be loaded up and created a plan of action. It wasn’t long until they had the Luton van full and ready to go.
Kevin and Daniel are so kind, friendly and funny, which made us feel very relaxed. We will see you in a few months when it’s time to go home! Thank you Kevin and Daniel!

Excellent service! Kevin and Daniel were efficient, professional and super helpful. Communication was easy over Whatsapp, with Kevin offering advice and tips throughout the process. I was able to send over a video of a house/room tour to give an idea of the size of our move. Being able to move out on one day, then in to the new property the next made the whole move a lot more relaxed and less of a rush. Being able to pay by the hour also worked in our favour. Thank you!

This was my first time moving on my own with furniture, every over time I've had little bits I did within a car. So going into this I was stressed and anxious, worried something would go wrong. From the moment the team arrived all my worries were gone. All 3 were friendly, professional, and swift. I could not fault them at all. They consistently offered to go the extra mile, and kept me at ease. If you're looking to move in the Norwich area I would recommend Prime Movers again and again.
