Used them today for a house move. Amazing service. Quick and extremely professional and great value for money. Would 100% use again.

The Transporter Norwich were excellent from start to finish. They even reshuffled their schedule to deliver a piano outside of Norwich, which was no small feat. Everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and great care. Moving a piano isn’t exactly a walk in the park, but these guys made it look straightforward — I reckon they could give a forklift a run for its money. Hats off to a reliable, skilled team. Highly recommended.

I have so many words- I don't even know where to start: absolutely the worst moving experience.
I thought after a few days I might calm down but I haven't.
The owner of this company is probably one of the most unprofessional people I've met . I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he really wasn't a pleasure to work with. He left me with lots of boxes etc at my house , a sofa left in the hallway of my flat building , because he couldn't fit it in my flat (ironically I got it in) and he reduced me to tears.
I spent hours helping them lift heavy furniture and boxes (I'm a 5'2 female ) which I hadn't anticipated. Hands absolutely torn to shreds. They're lucky I was even able to do that!
I could really go on and on but i won't. I don't recommend this company , the main guy (owner) will complain endlessly and seems almost surprised that his job is to actually move people from point A to point B.
His colleague was epic! Silently hard working and so kind to me when he could see I was visibly upset. I couldn't have done it without him. Sadly I didn't get his name. If I could give him 5 star, I would.Read more

Amazing service from Matt and Paul. Have used multiple movers in the past, can honestly say Transporter Norwich have been the best. Proactive, punctual and friendly. Highly recommend.

Called these guys on a Saturday midday to see if they could help me move some furniture on that same day, I thought I had no chance, being so short notice, but the owner worked really hard to fit us in, and kept us informed, the guys that came were friendly and knew what they were doing, and charged a fair price. I’ll definitely be using these guys again and would recommend anyone to use them.

Wow! Moved everything across to my new house in 4 hours. These guys are excellent. Would recommend to anyone.
