What makes your company stand out?

From your initial contact you will be put at ease with the moving process. Our experienced surveyor will visit your property and determine key points such as access issues both for any of your larger pieces of furniture and our vehicles. They will make you aware of a number of options you could undertake to allow for a total stress-free move, leaving everything to us, your quotation will be with you on the same day of survey.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Your goods are covered for up to £50,000 per vehicle while they are in transit. We do also offer additional liability insurance so your goods would either be repaired or replaced on a like for like basis.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

When you are moving your office or home to another location, there will be numerous things running through your mind. Firstly just want to say a big Thank you for all that Mannix have done for us from the very beginning to the very end of this journey.
We are extremely grateful for all the help you have given us. Everyone has been so helpful and efficient from Joe who came out to quote without the flannel and corporate jargon we had from other companies. He knew his stuff from personal experience. Carmel who dealt with all the correspondence(very promptly and patiently!), Martin who did the prepacking and returned with a great team for the actual move, they took alot of care dismantling and reassembling our big furniture. The actual move was seamless and efficient

We would not hesitate in recommending Mannix Brothers Removals.
From the initial visit for the quote to the regular contact from Carmel in the office it was faultless.
The packing service and actual move was carried out in a highly professional manner.
The moving team were courteous, friendly and super efficient and nothing was too much trouble even when we kept changing our mind for furntiure placement!
What could have been a stressful day turned out to be anything but.

Great experience! From quote to end of move day Mannix have been helpful and cooperative. Our move date changed several times but they accommodated us each time. Carmel in particular was really patient and helpful. The packer Jason was speedy and very polite. The move team were also very efficient and running up and down stairs with boxes like gazelles. It was a terrific service and would highly recommend them.

We recently used Mannix brothers to move from the Midlands to County Durham. I can only describe the service from start to finish as excellent! The boys who did the move were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care during the whole process. The price was very competitive too so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mannix Brothers and we will definitely use them again!

Mannix Brothers impressed me from the start. The quotation was very reasonable and they were happy to provide used boxes free whereas another company wanted to make a charge. The whole process went very smoothly with 3 very helpful and polite young men doing the heavy lifting. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was in perfect condition when we were installed in our new home. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
