What makes your company stand out?

From your initial contact you will be put at ease with the moving process. Our experienced surveyor will visit your property and determine key points such as access issues both for any of your larger pieces of furniture and our vehicles. They will make you aware of a number of options you could undertake to allow for a total stress-free move, leaving everything to us, your quotation will be with you on the same day of survey.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Your goods are covered for up to £50,000 per vehicle while they are in transit. We do also offer additional liability insurance so your goods would either be repaired or replaced on a like for like basis.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We have been thoroughly impressed by Mannix removals who successfully moved us from the Midlands to North of the border. They were approachable but professional. Their estimate of storage requirements was spot on and their tracker app was fantastic in helping monitor the movement of our load in real time. Excellent service from start to finish. Carmel was super helpful in arranging a quote and accommodating our requests, she was always prompt with her responses. We opt for the packing service and Martin came round the day before and packed up our belongings. He also answered queries we had and ensured our belongings were labelled correctly. Martin and his colleague helped us move and made moving day so easy and non stressful! They worked so hard from packing and unloading and making sure everything was in the right place! They also went the extra mile by moving some furniture around after we wanted it positioning differently. We would defo recommend Mannix Brothers and would 100% use them again! Thank you!

Mannix brothers were brilliant and made the move to our new house as smooth as possible. Nothing was too much trouble even when we asked them to move furniture into a different room. They worked hard without a complaint. They arrived when they said they would and we were packed up quickly. They were reasonably priced, but worth every penny for this level of service.

Had Mannix to move us twice now and their service is excellent. From speaking to Carmel, getting a quote and then on moving day they were precise and clear with all communication. Firstly just want to say a big Thank you for all that Mannix have done for us from the very beginning to the very end of this journey.
We are extremely grateful for all the help you have given us. Everyone has been so helpful and efficient from Joe who came out to quote without the flannel and corporate jargon we had from other companies. He knew his stuff from personal experience. Carmel who dealt with all the correspondence(very promptly and patiently!), Martin who did the prepacking and returned with a great team for the actual move, they took alot of care dismantling and reassembling our big furniture. The actual move was seamless and efficient

We would not hesitate in recommending Mannix Brothers Removals.
From the initial visit for the quote to the regular contact from Carmel in the office it was faultless.
The packing service and actual move was carried out in a highly professional manner.
The moving team were courteous, friendly and super efficient and nothing was too much trouble even when we kept changing our mind for furntiure placement!
What could have been a stressful day turned out to be anything but.
