We recently used this company for our house move and so glad we chose them. The guys were helpful, friendly and professional. Even though we had torrential rain all day they made the move so easy. We had guys in the rain passing all of our furniture to the dry team inside, putting everything were we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble!

Friendly & efficient customer service, careful & attentive staff for removals!
I'd been looking for a removals company to move the contents of a one / two bedroom flat around 10 miles in the Derby area. After having no luck with the move being too small for the big names & too big for a 'man + van' I'm really glad I found Near & Far
All costs were clearly explained up front before agreeing to the booking - also with excellent availability. I also received a really helpful call a couple of days before the move to confirm all the details were still in place which was very reassuring
On the day of the move the team turned up on time, were smartly presented & treated all my belongings & the properties being moved with care. The loading & unloading process was done efficiently - with the staff happy to place heavy items (e.g. washing machine) in their final positions in the house

Cant thank Near and Far enough. The best customer service I have ever received. When we called for a quote Debbie was friendly and went above and beyond for us and settled any concerns about removal of our items very quickly. She explained the full process and communication was efficiently handled. On the day of the removal Craig and Sam were friendly and professional, arrived on time and delivered our items to our new address without any issues. It really made a difference them being so friendly and professional. We are over the moon with the service provided by everyone every step of the way. Our items are safe in our new home and great to have this excellent service as the boost needed after the stress of moving. Thank you Near and Far, if we are ever due a move again we won't hesitate to contact you and recommend you to friends and family!

The lads, Tony, James, Sam, Dan & Will did a brilliant job yesterday. Previously we have moved ourselves using a 3 ton truck, but after filling an 80 ton it would have taken us a month of Sundays to move! It took all the stress out of the move and cannot recomend Near & Far enough. Debbie was also brilliant in enabling us to leave confirming the date until 2 days before the move. Thank you again.

Excellent service from Dan and Joe on Friday morning, moving three bits of furniture and some torage boxes between two houses in Compton Acres. Arrived promptly, having phoned to say they were on the way, and did the job efficiently. They even helped me get the storage boxes into our loft.

Really cannot recommend Near & Far Removals enough. From the first telephone conversation asking for a quote to saying goodbye once safely installed in our new home, the entire team have been totally professional. Debbie in the office helped us plan the best solution for a fairly long distance move, and calmly saw us through a very last minute exchange. Then for the move itself, the whole team were amazing. We had Tony, James L, Sam, James H, Stuart and Will across 2 days and they were all so friendly and efficient. Our belongings were well looked after and arrived on time as expected. Thank you so much.
