While the move and assembly went ok (I confirmed with my partner afterwards and an extra £100 had been added to the total, also bed was a little wobbly) I later discovered my TV had been damaged in transit (see pics below).
When I contacted Pete about this all I got was denials, excuses and questions of why it 'took so long to get in touch' (three weeks, not main TV and had left remote at old house). When I asked him about his insurance, he asked me to claim through MY insurance. Further pushing just led him to claim he 'couldn't help me,' and when asked directly if he'd even attempt to put it through his insurance he refused. Use at your own risk.
