Mr Moverz is simply the best Removals company you could ever ask for! They saved us when so many other companies couldn’t help us with a last minute completion date, the team were so incredibly efficient, thorough and kept us relaxed during what could have been even more stressful, especially when we didn’t compete that same day. We were amazed at the effort and reassurance we felt over the weekend to have our entire possessions looked after before we could finally move in on the Monday, with a 9:30pm final unload which was just above and beyond. We couldn’t be any more grateful to all of the team at Mr Moverz and couldn’t recommend them enough ☺️

Had a good experience few years ago so it was an easy decision to use Mr Moverz for our recent move.
Unfortunately we were let down this time. All our belongings didn’t fit on the truck and we were told we had added furniture since the initial appraisal therefore we would need to pay for another round.
Naturally we had not added anything, they just didn’t want to take responsibility for the incorrect initial appraisal.
Either we needed a larger truck or two rounds from the start, that was clear as soon as we saw the truck arrive.
Anyway, my partner and I took a day of annual leave and rented a truck and finished the job ourselves.
Sorry Mr Moverz, but you lost the chance to create raving fans of your business with a simple gesture of finishing the job. We would have used you again and again and recommend you to others but not now.

I don’t normally leave reviews but our experience was fantastics and would highly recommend. Chloe replied promptly to messages I sent her and they were well priced. We had 3 vans and a 4 man team. On the day they turned up early and worked hard the whole day. In the end we ended up having a 5 man team and we’re not charged any extra. We had to do absolutely nothing. They have amazing skills fitting everything into the vans. The team were fantastic with our daughter and made her throughly enjoy the day. The men were polite, considerate and took great care with our furniture. At the other end they checked where we wanted everything. At the end checked that we were happy with everything. They offered to move things if they were in the wrong place. (Nothing was in the wrong place) Money well spend and an enjoyable moving process.

From initial conversations with Chloe on the phone, re-arranging dates as we got held up, to the day itself, everything has been seamless. Alan and Brandon are absolute machines and highly professional, making sure everything was moved with care and attention. It was a long day and we were all exhausted by the end of it, but these guys just kept putting in the effort and I have no hesitation in recommending them - they absolutely deliver!

Would highly recommend and apologies that it has taken me 3 months to post this! I was so anxious about how many items we had to move and things getting damaged but I need not of worried.
The team arrived on time, in fact they were actually a little early. The boxes and furniture were efficiently packed into the vans with care and covers put over our furniture to protect it all.
When we got to our new home there was a delay on getting the keys. The team told us this was not a problem and patiently waited, stating they were there until the job was done.
When the team got to unpack the rooms they checked afterwards that everything was in the right rooms, asked if we wanted anything moving to other rooms and even put our kitchen table and the beds back together which was a real help.
The team were polite and respectful. I will go as far as to say this was the easiest, stress free move I've ever had. Thank you so much.
